BOOKINGS<\/h2>\nBooking methods: Bookings can be made via:\n

  • Online form available on our website: www.luxurybusbarcelona.com<\/li>\n \t
  • Email to: reservas@limosbarcelona.com \nWhatsApp: 651754466<\/li>\n \t
  • You must provide the date, time, pick-up location, destination, number of passengers and any other relevant details for the service.<\/li>\n \t
  • Minimum notice: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. If you require a service with shorter notice, please contact us directly \u2014 we\u2019ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to fleet availability.<\/li>\n \t
  • Booking confirmation: Once your request has been received, you\u2019ll receive a proposal with availability via email or WhatsApp within a maximum of 24 hours. The booking will only be confirmed once full payment for the service has been received. \nOur Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00\u202fam to 4:00\u202fpm. Requests received outside these hours will be answered as soon as possible on the next working day.<\/li>\n \t
  • Advance payment: The full amount must be paid at the time of booking. If payment is not received within a reasonable period after the request, availability cannot be guaranteed.<\/li>\n \t
  • Payment methods: We accept credit\/debit card payments and bank transfers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    CHANGES TO BOOKINGS<\/h2>\n
      \n \t
    • Modifications: Changes to the date, time or number of passengers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.<\/li>\n \t
    • Rate revision: Depending on the requested change, the price may be adjusted accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      CANCELLATIONS<\/h2>\n
        \n \t
      • Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the service date are entitled to a full refund of the deposit.<\/li>\n \t
      • Cancellations between 3 and 9 days: 75% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n \t
      • Cancellations between 71 and 48 hours: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n \t
      • Cancellations less than 47 hours in advance: The deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>\n \t
      • No-show: In the event of a no-show by the client on the agreed date and time, 100% of the service amount will be charged with no right to a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES<\/h2>\nIn the event of cancellation due to duly justified force majeure (extreme weather conditions, health restrictions, etc.), each case will be assessed individually to offer a flexible solution, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 181\/2011 and the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (RD1\/2007).\n\n

        RATES<\/h2>\nThe service price is final and all-inclusive, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.\n\nThe amount includes:\n

        • Vehicle with bilingual professional driver (Spanish\/English)<\/li>\n \t
        • Fuel<\/li>\n \t
        • Road tolls and charges<\/li>\n \t
        • Passenger liability insurance<\/li>\n \t
        • Assistance throughout the journey<\/li>\n \t
