Cancellation and Reservation Policy

BOOKINGS

Booking methods: Bookings can be made via:

  • You must provide the date, time, pick-up location, destination, number of passengers and any other relevant details for the service.
  • Minimum notice: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. If you require a service with shorter notice, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to fleet availability.
  • Booking confirmation: Once your request has been received, you’ll receive a proposal with availability via email or WhatsApp within a maximum of 24 hours. The booking will only be confirmed once full payment for the service has been received. Our Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Requests received outside these hours will be answered as soon as possible on the next working day.
  • Advance payment: The full amount must be paid at the time of booking. If payment is not received within a reasonable period after the request, availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Payment methods: We accept credit/debit card payments and bank transfers.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

  • Modifications: Changes to the date, time or number of passengers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rate revision: Depending on the requested change, the price may be adjusted accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the service date are entitled to a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations between 3 and 9 days: 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations between 71 and 48 hours: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations less than 47 hours in advance: The deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-show: In the event of a no-show by the client on the agreed date and time, 100% of the service amount will be charged with no right to a refund.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of cancellation due to duly justified force majeure (extreme weather conditions, health restrictions, etc.), each case will be assessed individually to offer a flexible solution, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 181/2011 and the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (RD1/2007).

RATES

The service price is final and all-inclusive, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.The amount includes:
  • Vehicle with bilingual professional driver (Spanish/English)
  • Fuel
  • Road tolls and charges
  • Passenger liability insurance
  • Assistance throughout the journey
  • Complimentary water and soft drinks on board for passengers
All our services are designed to offer maximum comfort, safety and transparency.No additional charges will be applied beyond those previously agreed.
